The "Jaws of Life" were needed to remove Emilio Martinez from his wrecked Honda Civic
A Napa man suffered possible head and back injuries when his car plowed into a tree stump early this morning.
Emilio Martinez, 20, was driving on South Freeway Drive, Colina Court around 5 a.m., when his Toyota Civic left the roadway and smacked into the tree, according to Napa Fire Capt. Jim Pope.
“The victim had an altered level of consciousness when paramedics arrived on scene,” Pope said.
