Sheriff: 7 Napa County Fugitives Arrested

Five men and two women sought by Napa County authorities have been taken into custody in Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties, according to the sheriff's office.

The following men and women are being dropped from the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers list of wanted fugitives, according to arrest information from the Napa County Sheriff's Office:

Wanted for felony probation violation and possession of a controlled substance for sale, Ezequiel Diaz Deleon, 29, was arrested by the City of Napa Police Department Dec. 7. 

Wanted for felony failure to comply with a court order for possessing a controlled substance and resisting arrest, Augustin Borrayo Martinez, 28, was arrested in Napa Dec. 7.

Deleon and Martinez were taken into custody together, according to an arrest summary from Napa police:

On 12/07/12 at 6:30 PM SEU Officers and Napa County Probation Officers went to 1730 Park Ave. for the purpose of conducting probation search on a resident, Ezequiel DELEON (29 YRS/ Napa).  Officers approached the front door and knocked.  DELEON could be seen walking to the front door through a large front window.  The Officers identified their purpose and ordered DELEON to open the front door.  DELEON instead fled and ran out a back door. Officers entered the residence and located  DELEON hiding in a shed in the backyard.  DELEON was arrested for 148(a) (1) PC (Delay/Obstruct Police), 1203.2 PC (VOP), and a Napa County Warrant.

Another subject was contacted at the residence.  The subject initially provided a false name but later identified himself as Agustin MARTINEZ (28 YRS/ Napa).  MARTINEZ was found to have a Napa County Warrant for his arrest and be on multiple counts of Napa County Probation.  MARTINEZ was taken into custody and during a search of his person Methamphetamine was located in his pocket.  MARTINEZ was arrested for 148.9 PC (False Info to police), 11377(a) HS (Possession of Narcotics), 1203.2 PC (VOP), and a Napa County Warrant.

Both were transported and booked at NCDC.

Sought in Napa County on two warrants for felony possession of a controlled substance, Jason Patrick Farrell, 39, was arrested by the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department on Dec. 8.

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, Jenica Annette Hastings was arrested by Napa police Dec. 6.

Wanted for felony transportation of a controlled substance, Amanda Marie Johnson, DOB, 18, was arrested by Napa police Dec. 7.

Wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon and grand theft, Juan Jesus Salciedo, 21, was arrested Dec. 7. According to Napa police, Salciedo was intoxicated when probation officers caught up with him at the corner of Bryan and Chelsea avenues at about 10 p.m.

Wanted in Napa for making terrorist threats, Michael Wayne Studley, 30, was arrested in Vallejo Dec. 7. The Times Herald reports that Studley (no photo provided) and another man were jailed for trying to pass a bad check at a local market. He was scheduled to be taken back to the Napa County Department of Corrections, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.
