Sheriff: 63 Pot Plants Seized, 2 Suspects Arrested in North Napa Marijuana Raid

Napa County drug agents made a bust in a north Napa neighborhood Tuesday, arresting Chris Dimick, 26 and Jae Park, 24 for marijuana cultivation and seizing 63 pot plants, according to the sheriff's office. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

Two young Napa residents were arrested Tuesday after drug agents with the Napa Special Investigations Bureau raided their Harkness Street home and found 63 marijuana plants, according to a statement from Capt. Tracey Stuart of the Napa County Sheriff's Office:

On Tuesday, August 22nd at approx. 5:00 pm., NSIB agents served a search warrant at 3614 Harkness Street in the City of Napa, and arrested two subjects for marijuana cultivation.  Residents, Chris Dimick, (26 yrs.) and Jae Park (24 yrs.) were booked into NCDC for the following charges:

Suspect #1: Chris Dimick, dob 12.26.85: 11358 HS (marijuana cultivation), 135 PC (destroying/concealing evidence-by hiding a box of marijuana under his house)
 
Suspect #2: Jae Park, dob 08.20.88: 11358 HS (marijuana cultivation)

Agents seized 63 (3-4’ tall) marijuana plants from the property.
