Sexual Battery, Domestic Violence Alleged in Napa Arrest

An NPD Officer contacted the victim who reported the following: Over the past several weeks the suspect, Paul Pena 58 years old of Napa, has touched her inappropriately.

During the middle of June 2012, Pena again began touching the victim inappropriately so she told him to stop.

Pena became angry, grabbed her around the neck with his hands and squeezed her neck.

Pena is on Napa County Probation.

On 07/05/12 an NPD Officer located Pena in the area of Randolph St./ 4th. St.
