Sex Offender, Drug and Embezzlement Fugitives Sought by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers

The latest additions to the list of fugitives wanted by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers, which offers no-questions-asked cash rewards in return for anonymous tips that lead to arrests. Tips can be made by voice call or text.

 

The following people have been named to the list. All were last known to live in Napa County. 

Wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, Roman Lueras is described as a 19-year-old Hispanic male, 5’6”, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Updated July 9: the warrant for Sherry Ariel Bellandrieux has been recalled, according to the  

Wanted for felony embezzlement, John Metoxen is described as a 22-year-old white male, 5’10”, 235 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony failure to register as a sex offender, Juan Carlos Carbajal-Vega is described as a 28-year-old Hispanic male, 5’2”, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wanted for felony transportation of a controlled substance, Jesus Pantoja is described as a 35-year-old Hispanic male, 5’8”, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Tips can be made by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-450-9543 or texting to 274637 with NVCS at the beginning of the tip.
