Running, Yelling, Shirtless Napa Man Arrested for Meth, Cops Say
Following "a report of a shirtless male subject yelling and running aimlessly," Napa police say they arrested a 37-year-old man Friday afternoon after they found him getting ready to use methamphetamine in the parking lot of the Riverpark Shopping Center.

Officers responded to find 37 year old Napa resident, Kristopher Booth, preparing to use methamphetamine.
Booth was in possession of a hypodermic syringe with methamphetamine, glass pipe and other paraphernalia.
