Running, Yelling, Shirtless Napa Man Arrested for Meth, Cops Say

Following "a report of a shirtless male subject yelling and running aimlessly," Napa police say they arrested a 37-year-old man Friday afternoon after they found him getting ready to use methamphetamine in the parking lot of the Riverpark Shopping Center.

 

A 37-year-old Napa man was arrested Friday afternoon on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a syringe as well as for violating probation, according to a shift activity log from the :

At 1318 hours, Napa Police Officers responded to a report of a shirtless male subject yelling and running aimlessly through the parking lot of the Riverpark Shopping Center on W. Imola Ave.

Officers responded to find 37 year old Napa resident, Kristopher Booth, preparing to use methamphetamine. 

Booth was in possession of a hypodermic syringe with methamphetamine, glass pipe and other paraphernalia.

Booth is currently on two different probation orders.
