Update 2:15 p.m.: Michael Wayne Gibson is no longer wanted. His warrant has been recalled by the courts.
Jose Antonio Vargas Garcia is described as a 38-year-old Hispanic male, five feet five inches tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felony lewd acts with a child.
Update Nov. 9: Christopher James Collins' warrant has been recalled by the courts.

Update Nov. 17: Jesus Gonzalez Ramirez has been arrested, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office. He was wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance.
