GEOVANI NARVAIZ-CISNEROS, 27, is wanted for felony DUI with three priors. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’ 5”, 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. His last known address was in the 2500 block of First Street, Napa.

RALPH EDWIN WILSON, 42 years of age, is wanted for felony possession of a controlled substance, and unauthorized entry of a dwelling. He is described as a white male, 5' 8”, with blond hair and hazel eyes. His last known address was in the 1100 block of Laurel Street, Napa.
VICENTE NAVARRO CUEVAS, 48, is wanted for felony DUI. He is a Hispanic male, 5’10”, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was the 400 block of Donaldson Way in American Canyon.

CESAR MELGOZA, 36, is wanted for felony failure to register as a sex offender. He is a Hispanic male, 5’8”, weight 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was the 1400 block of Rio Grande in American Canyon.
