UPDATE: Napa Fugitives Caught

Napa Valley Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards for anonymous tips that lead to arrests.

Frank Joseph Mattera, 27, of Napa, who was wanted on suspicion of felony violation of probation for assault with a deadly weapon, was arrested Aug. 3, according the .

Mattera was one of two fugitives whose photographs and descriptions were published by in June.

Detwiler said the second, 28-year-old transient Christine Carter Camp, was found to be in state prison, where she was served with the Napa warrant for felony petty theft with prior convictions.
