Napa County Sheriff's deputies and Napa CHP officers are en route to a possible "shots fired" incident on Highway 29 and South Kelly Avenue near American Canyon, witnesses said.
Witnesses are also reporting a possible medical helicopter en route to the area. Check back later on Patch for more details as they become available.
