Police Seek Tips on Brutal Beating in Napa
PD: Victim is in a coma with "serious head injuries;" no suspects have been identified in Saturday's group attack.
An assault by an unspecified number of young men has left their victim in a coma, according to a press release issued Wednesday afternoon by Napa police:
The is seeking information regarding an assault that occurred on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at about 9:30 P.M. near the intersection of California Blvd. and Oak St. in the City of Napa.
The male victim was physically assaulted by a group of young male subjects described as being in their late teens or early twenties wearing white T-shirts and black hooded sweatshirts.

The suspects fled on foot and there is no additional information.
The victim suffered serious head injuries and is currently in a coma.
