Police Say Napa Man, 21, Forged Stolen Check

Colby Brown is accused of trying to pass a stolen check Saturday at the Wells Fargo in Raley's, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

A Napa man was jailed Saturday afternoon on suspicion of forgery and burglary after an attempt to pass a bad check at about 12:30 p.m., according to a shift activity log from the :

Colby Brown, 21 years of Napa, entered the inside at the South Napa Marketplace and attempted to pass a forged check.
