Attempted Murder, Gang Charges for 4 After Shooting

Four men are in custody after Friday's shooting that left a young man in critical condition. Arrest information from the City of Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

On 10/28/2011 at 6:19 PM the Napa Police Department received a report of a .

The victim, twenty-one (21) year old Luis Ochoa, had arrived at his home in the 2300 block of Yajome Street.

He had been followed to his residence by four male subjects, later identified as Guadalupe Olguin, Ignacio Castro, Jordan Kite and Stevie Bueno, in a red Honda. The victim exited his vehicle to contact the subjects in the Honda.

At this time, the rear passenger, identified as Guadalupe Olguin, exited the vehicle and fired shots at the victim who was shot in the torso. The four suspects left the area in their vehicle.

Napa PD officers located and stopped the vehicle in the area of Silverado Trail north of Third Street. A loaded handgun was located on Olguin. A controlled substance, suspected cocaine was located in this vehicle.

The suspects were detained and transported to the Napa Police Department where they were all interviewed and subsequently arrested on the aforementioned charges.

The victim was transported to the where he is being treated for a gunshot wound. He is reported to be in critical condition at this time.
