Police Pursue Two into Bathroom

A probation search ended with two Napa men, aged 39 and 24, arrested after hiding in a bathroom and trying to dispose of drug evidence, according to police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Two men on probation were arrested Saturday evening on suspicion of possession of drugs and possession for sale, according to a shift activity log released by the : 

NPD Officers performed a probation search at a residence in the 2000 Block of Locust Street.

The Officers made entry into the residence and Jose Ernesto Solorio (1/23/73) and Brandon Pollin (6/9/87), both from Napa, fled into a bathroom, locked the door and attempted to destroy evidence.

They were pursued by the officers and a small amount of methamphetamine was recovered as well as evidence of the sales of methamphetamine.

Both Solorio and Pollin are on active Napa County Probation and the above allegations violate the terms of their probations.

The two men were arrested and booked into the following the 7:20 p.m. search, police said.
