POLICE LOG: Threat With Intent to Terrorize, Domestic Violence, Drug Possession

Multiple suspects arrested in last few days.

 An 18-year-old Napa youth was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence with minor injury.

Jose Antoinio Pena was taken into custody Saturday, June 8, in connection with  an incident that occurred at 2 p.m. June 2 in the vicinity of Redwood Road and Dry Creek Road in Napa.

On June 2, Jose Pena got into an argument with the victim while driving in the area of Redwood Road and Dry Creek Road. During the course of the argument, Pena struck the victim multiple times, causing minor injury.

Pena dropped the victim off in the area of Silverado Middle School and left the area.  The victim called the police a reported the assault. An area check was made for Pena with negative results.

On June 8 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Pena was contacted by officers in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

He was taken into custody for the prior assault. Pena was booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

A 51-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance at around 8 p.m. Friday.

Robert Irving Bradley was taken into custody in the vicinity of Vallejo and Yajome streets in Napa.

An officer observed a white male adult sitting on a planter box at the curb of Yajome Street at Vallejo Street. The officer contacted this subject, who identified himself as Robert Bradley.

As Bradley spoke the officer noticed that he displayed signs of being under the influence of drugs. Bradley was evaluated and it was determined he was under the influence and he was arrested.

While being searched, the officer found a small plastic baggie containing a small amount suspected methamphetamine. Bradley was booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

 A 32-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of felony threats with intent to terrorize, disorderly conduct, intoxication, felony use of force not a firearm, vandalism and damage to property. 

Anthony Ysidro Resendez was taken into custody just after midnight on Saturday at a residence at 199 Almond Ave, Napa.

Officers were dispatched to an address in the 10 block of Archer Avenue, regarding a report of an intoxicated subject arguing with his girlfriend.

The subject was reportedly breaking glass bottles, vandalizing cars in the area and waving around a large butcher knife. The subject was identified as Anthony Ysidro Resendez.

It’s alleged that Resendez yelled that he was going to light his parents and their house on fire and was on his way to get some gas. Resendez was contacted by police at Chelsea Street south of First Street. 

Resendez was argumentative and slow to follow instructions and kept yelling for police to shoot him. Resendez eventually followed directions and was then taken into custody without incident. 

Once Resendez was placed inside a patrol car he kicked the passenger rear door several times causing damage. He was transported and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

Ressendez was also involved in an argument earlier in the day with his father in the 100 block of Almond Avenue. During the argument, Resendez allegedly threw several glass bottles at his father, almost hitting him.
