POLICE LOG: Domestic Assault, Drug Possession, Parole Hold

Police arrest multiple suspects over the weekend.

A Napa couple was arrested early this morning on suspicion of assault after an alleged domestic dispute.

Garth Robertson, 38, and Nicole Linn, 28, were taken into custody at about 2:45 a.m. at a residence in the 100 block of Foothill Boulevard.

Police said the incident started at about 2:45 a.m. today when Robertson waived down an Napa Police Department officer to report that he had been the victim of an assault by his wife, Nicole Linn.

NPD officers conducted a domestic violence investigation. Both Robertson and Linn had sustained injuries during their dispute.

Both were arrested, transported and booked at NCDC.

A 39-year-old Napa man was arrested late Sunday on suspicion of drug possession and on a parole hold.

Phillip Delacroix was taken into custody just before 9 p.m. in the parking lot at Napa Homes Apartments, 790 Lincoln Ave., Napa. 

The incident began Sunday at 8:52 p.m. when a Napa Police Department officer conducted a vehicle check of two subjects in the parking lot at 790 Lincoln Ave.

The subjects were identified as Joshua Boles, 29, and Phillip Delacroix.

Delacroix is on state parole and had a parole hold. He was arrested for this hold.

Delacroix was allegedly found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe with residue and a small amount of methamphetamine, police said.

Summary: On 7/7/13 at about 1105 hrs NPD Officers were dispatched to the field area near Fire Station 4 on Gasser Drive for the report of a verbal argument. Officer located the victim of the argument and determined the other responsible was her boyfriend Abram Norris. The victim received visible injuries during the fight. Norris was located in the field north of 100 Hartle Ct. He was arrested and booked at NCDC.

Location:                        310 0 block of Jefferson ST

Arrested:                        Peter John Parkinson, DOB 4/15/40, NAPA

 

Summary:  On 7/5/2013 at about 1405 Hrs. NPD officers responded to the 3100 block of Jefferson St for a report of a possible domestic violence. Upon arrival they spoke with the wife of Peter Parkinson. She stated that during an argument he had grabbed her by the neck. She sustained no injuries from this action. Parkinson had been physically unharmed. He was arrested and booked at NCDC.           

 

During the investigation Parkinson was served with an Emergency Protective Order. Parkinson bailed out of jail and made several attempts to contact the victim in violation of the EPO. Parkinson was located at the trailer park at 3130 Jefferson St and arrested for 273.6 PC violation of a domestic violence restraining order.
