Police: Four Arrested After Napa Gang Fight

Two teenagers, a 20-year-old and a 22-year-old, all of Napa, were arrested late Saturday night after a reported gang fight on Laguna Street, according to police. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

Three young Napa men were taken to and a 17-year-old was booked into the following a reported gang fight shortly before midnight Saturday, according to a shift activity log from the :

On 07/14/12 about 2350 hours NPD Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 800 block of Laguna St.

A responding Officer saw a vehicle fleeing the area with the lights off. The Officer conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Jacob Ct./Carriage Pl.

Officers recognized several occupants in the vehicle as street gang members.

The vehicle was searched and a metal club was located in the passenger compartment along with other evidence of gang affiliation.

Two of the occupants were on Napa County Probation one of which provided a false name to Officers.

The following subjects were in the vehicle, arrested and booked at NCDC/Juvenile Hall:

Jesus Juan Avalos (Driver) 20 years old of Napa, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon/ Participate in Criminal Street Gang/ VOP/ CDL Suspended

Antonio Estanislao Juarez AKA Cervantes 22 years old of Napa,  Possession of a Dangerous Weapon/ Participate in Criminal Street Gang/ VOP/ False Information to an Officer

Victor Ortega 19 years old of Napa, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon/ Participate in Criminal Street Gang

A 17 year old male juvenile of Napa, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon/ Participate in Criminal Street Gang
