In separate arrests Tuesday, Napa police took into custody two men who have been in trouble with the law before, according to a media log issued by the .
Joseph Conception Graciani, 39, of Napa was arrested at 1:45 p.m. after he was found drunk in public in the Financial Plaza area, according to the log:
He is on Napa Co(unty) Probation with terms not to consume alcohol. He was arrested and booked.

James Clayton McCurdy, 28, was arrested at 3:50 p.m., according to the log:
McCurdy was spotted by his Parole Agent in the area of Soscol and Imola. The Parole Agent requested assistance in taking him into custody for a parole hold warrant. Officers arrived and located him in the area and he was arrested without incident.
