A 25-year-old Napa man and a 17-year-old girl were arrested Saturday on suspicion of drug and drug paraphernalia possession and on an allegation of giving false information to police.
Napa Police said they arrested Orlando Cervantes and the teen girl, also a Napa resident, after officers allegedly found suspected methamphetamine in a search of the car where the two were sitting in the parking lot at Alston Park just before 1 p.m.
Also located in the vehicle, police said, was drug paraphernalia, specifically a glass smoking pipe. Police allege that the teen girl gave them a false name.
