A police robot removed a suspicious package from a mailbox on Twin Oaks Drive in Browns Valley at around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Browns Valley resident Cathy Felder snapped these eyewitness photos of the robot retrieving the item as the street is blocked off and a police cruiser waits at a distance.
