The apartments on each side of that unit sustained smoke and water damage. The American Red Cross is assisting the residents of those three units, Campbell said.

PG&E was cleared to restore power to four of the evacuated apartments Wednesday afternoon, Campbell said.
The two-bedroom apartments are located above a garage. It's unknown how many people were displaced because some of the units housed more
than one family, Campbell said.
The fire was controlled within 25 minutes, and the last firefighters left the scene at 5:30 a.m., Campbell said.
The residents were temporarily relocated to a community center down the street, Campbell said.
