Parolee Held for Knife Threats
The following information was provided by the City of Napa Police Department.
officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Golden Gate Dr. to a report of subject with a knife causing a disturbance. Upon arrival Seth Marks, 23, of Napa, was determined to be the responsible party.
It is alleged that while inside the residence, Marks argued with a male victim for unknown reasons and made threats to do harm. Marks then armed himself with a kitchen knife and came towards the man in a threatening manner.
It also alleged Marks shoved a female victim with his hands during the argument. Marks was arrested and booked into NCDC.

These allegations violated the terms of Marks’ CDC parole conditions, and a parole hold was also issued.
