Parolee Arrested with Metal Knuckles
He was stopped for a vehicle code violation, police said.
A 30-year-old Napa man was arrested during a Saturday night traffic stop for possessing a set of metal knuckles, police said.
said Paul Burnett was stopped for a vehicle code violation at 12:29 a.m. and found to be on parole and out on bail for a pending stolen property case. During a search of his clothing, an officer found the metal knuckles.
Burnett was booked at Napa County Jail.
