The second subject eluded police. A perimeter was set and one of the Napa County Sheriff Department’s K9 teams assisted in the search, but officers were not successful locating the second subject.

S-Robert Gray was found to be in possession of bolt cutters. While checking the exterior of 1230 Jefferson St, officers located a damaged lock/hasp on a shed located to the rear of the dental office.

The shed was alarmed and contained tools, according to the log. Gray was booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections, police said.
