NSIB Agents Bust Meth Production Operation in Vallejo

Agents with the Napa Special Investigations Bureau arrested six men and women Thursday night on suspicion of methamphetamine production.

According to Napa County Sheriff's Capt. Leroy Anderson, the arrests occurred after about 9 p.m., when agents from the NSIB conducted a probation search at a residence in the 100 block of Martin Street in the City of Vallejo just south of the American Canyon City limits.

The Agents were acting on information that subject(s) at that residence were providing methamphetamine to individuals in American Canyon, Anderson said.

They found seven adults in the residence, and found that some of the occupants were actively engaged in a small scale production effort to manufacture methamphetamine.

Agents found approximately 1 gram of finished methamphetamine, as well as chemicals used in the production of methamphetamine, and a loaded shotgun.

Six of the occupants were arrested on a variety of drug related charges and booked at the Napa Department of Corrections.
