Police Log: Domestic Violence Suspect Arrested

Napa police respond to incident at McDonald's restaurant.

 

A 22-year-old Napa man was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of domestic violence and a parole hold after a disturbance at the McDonald's on Jefferson Street.

Jordan Pepper was booked into Napa County Department of Corrections after his arrest Friday evening at his home in the 3100 block of Solano Avenue.

Police said Napa officers responded to a call at approximately 6:30 p.m. Friday to the McDonald's on Jefferson Street concerning a disturbance.

Officers arrived on scene and contacted the female victim. The man in the incident had fled on foot.

The woman told officers that her boyfriend, Jordan Pepper, who is on parole, had previously assaulted her on Thursday, Feb. 14, causing minor injury to her lip and forearm.

This assault allegedly took place at their home in the 3100 block of Solano Avenue, the woman said.  

At about 9:45 p.m. Friday,  officers located Pepper at his home and placed him under arrest on suspicion of domestic violence.

Pepper is currently on parole; a parole hold was requested and granted, police said Pepper was also booked on the parole hold.
