A 20-year-old Napa man police say is a known member of the Norteño street gang was arrested last week in Vacaville, according to the .
was arrested Jan. 26, just as his name was published on the latest most-wanted list issued by .
Octaviano was wanted for failing to comply with a court order stemming from a last spring.
According to a police report on the April 12, 2011 incident, Octaviano and Eduardo Salinas, then 21, were both "known Norteño gang members" when they were accused of challenging another man to fight in the parking lot of the drugstore on South Coombs Street.
Salinas was identified as having threatened the victim with a bottle before the two men fled, police said. Officers later found them "attempting to hide from police" on South Coombs Street, according to the report, which continues:
Salinas was arrested for brandishing a weapon (the bottle), challenging another to fight, delaying/obstructing an officer, street gang enhancement and for violating his Napa County Probation. Octaviano was arrested for challenging another to fight, street gang enhancement and violating his Napa County Probation.
