Woman Jailed on Warrant for Felony Elder Abuse, Napa Sheriff's Office Says

Araceli Medina Uribe, 35, was arrested Wednesday, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office. She had been listed two weeks ago on the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers wanted list.
