Napa Woman Among 13 Pleading Guilty to PayPal Cyberattack

A Napa woman was among a group of 13 people who pleaded guilty last week in federal court in San Jose to charges connected with a 2010 cyberattack on the payment website PayPal, the Press Democrat is reporting.

According to the article, Tracy Ann Valenzuela, 44, pleaded guilty to one count of reckless damage to a protected computer. The article also said that Valenzuela pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of a year in prison and a $100,000 fine.
