Napa Teen Accused of Grand Theft from Relative, Police Say

Nathan Wagner, 18, was jailed early Thursday after a relative said Tuesday that Wagner had stolen property from the family member's home, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

An 18-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of grand theft early Thursday following a reported theft from a relative's home earlier in the week, according to a shift activity log from the :

On 8-21-12 the Victim residing in the 3900 block of Jefferson Street reported a theft from her/his residence by a family member, Nathan Wagner (18 year old Napa resident). Victim reported that Nathan admitted to stealing several thousand dollars’ worth of property.

On 8-23-12 Nathan was located in the early morning hours in downtown Napa. Nathan admitted to police that he stole the items from the Victim. Nathan was arrested, transported and booked into .
