Two Arrested with 67 Pounds of Pot, $12,000

Drug agents believe the suspected dealers were distributing marijuana and cocaine in Napa and Sonoma counties, according to a Napa County Sheriff's Office press release.

Corrected from original post that indicated agents found "about 70 pounds" of pot.

A search warrant sweep in Napa and Sonoma counties resulted in two arrests, a cache of 67 pounds of pot and $12,000 in cash, according to a Napa County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Napa Special Investigation Bureau agent, along with Napa County Sheriff’s deputies and Napa Police officers did an extensive investigation into the drug dealing of several people suspected to be dealing drugs in Napa and Sonoma counties, the press release said.

Drug agents believe the dealers were distributing marijuana and cocaine in both counties, the press release stated.

Three search warrants were served in Santa Rosa and one in Rohnert Park.

Christian Aguilar Arana, 25, of Santa Rosa was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine for sale and conspiracy.

Oscar Inda Obispo, 43, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale.

Arana and Obispo were booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections.

Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
