Napa Police: Two Arrested with Bogus Citizenship Papers

Napa police say they arrested two men, one in a motor vehicle and one in an apartment, at the same time Sunday and on similar charges.
According to a media log issued Monday by the , the motorist was arrested at 8:50 a.m. for misdemeanor use of another’s personal identification to obtain credit, felony use of false citizenship documents and felony violation of probation:
Officer conducted an enforcement stop for a California Vehicle Code violation at Freeway Dr and Colina Ct. The driver provided several different forms of identification that he admitted he had bought illegally. He was eventually identified as GARNICA, CRISOFORO TOVAR 39 yrs Napa Resident, who was on felony Napa County Probation. He was arrested and booked into NCDC.

Also at 8:50 a.m., the log continues, a second man was arrested for felony use of false citizenship documents, felony false financial statements and misdemeanor violation of probation:
During a probation search at an apartment in the 2500 block of Laurel St, CASTILLO, JESUS BRAVO 35 yrs Napa Resident, was contacted and provided false proof of documentation. He was determined to be on Napa County probation. He was placed under arrest and booked without incident.
