Napa Police: Meth Users Busted on Riverside

Two men jailed for drugs, a third cited for paraphernalia: Arrest information from the City of Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

Police responding to complaints of drug activity in the 400 block of Riverside Drive Tuesday evening took two young men into custody and cited a third to appear in court, according to a shift activity log released Wednesday morning by the .

Shortly after 7 p.m., according to the log,

Officer Hansen conducted a check of two subjects loitering on the riverbank in the 400 Block of Riverside Drive due to complaints of drug activity. One of the subjects, Eduardo Sereno-Medina (24) of Napa, concealed a methamphetamine pipe in a couch as Officer Hansen walked up. A second subject, Osvaldo Barrera-Borges (20) of Napa, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

As other officers arrived, the log continues, they found a third manin a nearby vehicle and determined that he was “involved” with the first two men.

The third subject, Aron Galindo (20) of Napa, was found to have an outstanding warrant for being under the influence and was also presently under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sereno-Medina was released on a citation to appear for possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Barrera-Borges was booked for possession of a controlled substance and Galindo was booked for the warrant and being under the influence of a controlled substance, according to police.
