A 28-year-old Napa man was arrested Friday night on suspicion of possessing burglary tools and violating probation, according to a shift activity log from the :
On 09/08/2012 Special Enforcement Unit Officers were in the area of Clinton St. at Main St. when they observed a subject, RAMOS, Julian (28yrs/Napa), they know from prior contacts near a vehicle.
They went to contact Ramos and as they approached he attempted to avoid detection by hiding behind one of the vehicles.
A large screwdriver was located in his pocket and a set of bolt cutters was located near the car where he hid.
Ramos also appeared to have been consuming alcohol in violation of the terms of his Napa County Probation.
Ramos was booked at the , police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
