From the Napa Police Department.

A suspected car thief was arrested Tuesday after a short pursuit, according to a media log from the Napa Police Department:

On 4/26/11 at approximately 1000 hours, officers saw suspect Timothy Holbrook (34 years) driving in the 2100 block of Shurtleff Ave.

When officers tried to conduct a traffic stop, Holbrook quickly eluded officers by parking in a nearby apartment complex.
