Napa Police: Woman Hurt, Man Jailed
Timothy Mahoney, 28, was arrested Sunday night on Jefferson Street, more than four days after allegedly hitting a woman and preventing her from leaving a home on Cabernet Court, according to Napa police.
A 28-year-old Napa man was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and false imprisonment, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department:
On 10/10/12 at approx. 1830 hrs Napa PD Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of an incident of domestic violence that occurred at a residence in the 2400 Block of Cabernet Ct.
The female victim alleged Timothy Mahoney (7/14/84) struck her during an argument causing injury. The victim also alleged Mahoney prevented her physically from leaving the residence. Evidence was developed at the scene that corroborated the victim’s allegations.

Mahoney was located in the 2800 Block of Jefferson St on 10/14/12 at approx. 2215 hrs.
Mahoney was booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections following his arrest, police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
