A 27-year-old man was arrested Thursday after trying to withdraw money from at 1400 Clay St., according to a media log released by the Napa Police Department.
The log reports that Joshuah Lee-Daniel Thomason entered the bank and “attempted to withdraw money from his account.
"When the bank teller told him he did not have an account he made a threat that people may come back and point guns in your face. Thomason then left the bank.

“Officers located Thomason a short time later and arrested him for making criminal threats and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.”
The log also records the arrest Thursday of 26-year-old Elizabeth Duke and 39-year-old Stephen Middler, whose domestic dispute reportedly escalated to a physical fight:

“Officers responded to the 1300 block of A St(reet) concerning a disturbance. Officers determined both Duke and Middler are in a dating relationship and were involved in an argument.
“During the argument, both parties assaulted each other causing minor injuries, but needed no medical treatment. Both parties were arrested for domestic violence.”
