Napa Police Log: Recent Arrests

A 53-year-old man was jailed early Sunday on suspicion of domestic violence following a reported attack on Lone Oak left a woman injured and a man was arrested Saturday on a warrant, Napa police said.

Recent arrests from the City of Napa Police Department shift activity logs. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

A call to police at about 12:30 Sunday morning resulted in an arrest, according to a police log:

Officers responded to a disturbance at the 2000 Block of Lone Oak Street. It was determined that domestic violence had occurred. A female VICTIM sustained a laceration to the head.

Mike Bowen, 53, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence and booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections, police said. 

A Napa man was arrested Friday evening on suspicion of violating parole and for an outstanding warrant, according to a police log:

On 09/21/12 about 1931 hours an NPD Officer contacted the suspect, James Peters 42 years old of Napa, in the 200 block of Soscol Ave. A records check revealed Peters had a Felony Arrest Warrant for Violation of Parole. Peters was also on Napa County Probation with terms not to consume or possess alcohol. Peters was in possession of and had consumed alcohol.

Peters was booked at the Department of Corrections, police said. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
