Napa Police Log, July 31-Aug. 2

Arrest information from the Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for criminal threats, being drunk in public and contempt of a court order after he was found intoxicated at Division and Randolph streets downtown Sunday evening, according to a shift activity log released Wednesday by the .

Steven Conrad “had been court ordered to obey all laws,” according to the log, which continues, “Conrad was arrested and during the booking process threatened to cause injury to the arresting officer.”

A 21-year-old Napa man was arrested for criminal threats Monday night, according to the log:

On 080111 at approximately 1743 hours (S) Ponce, Silverio (21 of Napa) was driving in the South Napa Market Place parking lot, and on two separate occasions he made threats to kill the victim. 

Ponce had also on a previous occasion, allegedly brandished a hatchet at the victim.

Tuesday afternoon, a 46-year-old Napa woman was arrested on drug and paraphernalia charges, according to police:

A Napa PD Officer was on routine patrol in the area of an apartment complex at 2440 Old Sonoma Rd when he observed a female, identified as Gina Louise Sanguinetti (9/15/64) of Napa, acting suspiciously in the area of a maintenance closet for the apartment complex.

Sanguinetti was contacted and confirmed not to be a resident of the complex.

Sanguinetti displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and was found to be unlawfully in possession of a controlled medication and a hypodermic syringe.

She was booked at the , according to the log.
