Napa Police Log: July 25, 2011

A felon with a stun gun, a felon with ammunition and a drunken vandal: Information from the City of Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

A 23-year-old Napa man was jailed Monday afternoon for the felony of being a felon in possession of a stun gun, according to a shift activity log released by the :

On 7-25-11 at about 1500 hours, Blake Robles 12-13-88, Napa Resident, was contacted by officers in the area of Sierra and Parrett because he wanted assistance with a civil matter. He was found in possession of a stun gun and determined to have a previous felony conviction. He was arrested after being medically treated for unrelated medical issues and booked into .

Just after 6:20 p.m. Monday, according to the log, police arrested a 34-year-old Napa woman for a similar offense involving ammunition instead of a weapon:

On 7-25-11 at about 1821 hours, Jennifer Campagna 8-12-76, Napa Resident, was contacted in the area of Wilson and Third Sts. During a consent search, Campagna was found in possession of live ammunition. Campagna has (a) prior felony conviction and was arrested for this charge and booked.

A few minutes after midnight Tuesday, police said, a 27-year-old Napa woman was arrested after another woman accused her of vandalizing her automobile:

There was a call of a disturbance at the 1500 block of Jefferson Street. Upon arrival Officers located Adrian Ortega 06/24/84 walking in the area. She was very intoxicated. A VICTIM came forward and identified Ortega as being responsible for vandalizing her car. The damage was estimated to be over $1000.

Ortega was arrested for felony vandalism, public intoxication and misdemeanor violation of probation, and booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections, police said.
