A 29-year-old Napa County resident was arrested on felony suspicion of failing to file a change of address as a sex offender after he learned that he was featured on the Napa Valley Register’s Crime Stoppers feature.
According to the Napa Police shift activity log, Hutchinson surrendered himself to officers at the police department at 1:34 p.m.

On Thursday, Napa Police arrested 23-year-old Fernando Gonzalez and 26-year-old Javier Castillo, both of Napa, after a traffic stop on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of possessing cocaine. Both were booked into the Napa County Detention Center.
