Napa Police: Driver, Passenger Arrested with Meth

A motorist and his passenger were both arrested after plain-clothes officers stopped their vehicle Friday evening, according to a media log from the Napa Police Department:

On 040811 at approximately 1655 hours undercover NPD officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Lone Oak Avenue and Marin Street for a burned out taillight.  (S) Billy Couch (45) was driving the vehicle. (S) Trisha Allen (27) was a passenger of the vehicle and is on probation with search terms.  The vehicle was searched and officers located methamphetamine and a hypodermic syringe. 

Allen was arrested for violation of probation and Couch was arrested for transportation of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe, according to the police log.
