Napa Police Log: Arrests for Pot Sales, Domestic Violence

Arrest information from the Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

A Napa man was arrested Saturday evening on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale and violating his probation, according to a shift activity log released by the :

On 8-20-11 at 2030, the suspect was contacted in the 2700 block of Old Sonoma Rd. He was known to be on probation.

Officers went to the suspect’s residence to do a probation search, based on several text messages in a phone in his possession that seemed to indicate involvement in drug sales. 

At the residence, officers located several prescription narcotic pills, cash, and marijuana packaged for sale. The suspect was arrested and booked at . 

Police identified the man they arrested as 23-year-old Brian Doyle Vallandingham.

Sunday at 5 p.m., Napa police arrested 33-year-old Ramon Salvador Zaragoza on suspicion of committing an act of domestic violence earlier in the week, according to a shift activity log:

On this date, the victim went to a relative’s house and disclosed that she was the victim of a domestic violence incident on Thursday 8-18-2011at a residence on Sylvia Ct.

Officers responded to investigate. The victim had evidence of minor injuries and claimed that the suspect assaulted her. 

Zaragoza was arrested at the Sylvia Court residence and booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections, according to the log.

Why do the Hispanics need their own Chamber Of Commerce? Asians, African-Americans, Caucasians,Read More Indians, and all other races use the same Chamber Of Commerce in unity. The Hispanics are welcome to use it as well. Unless they're promoting their own race above others in the business community. Naw, they wouldn't do anything racist like that, would they?
