Napa Police Log: 3 Arrested for Domestic Violence

Two recent calls to police resulted in three arrests, according to the Napa Police Department. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

At about 8 p.m. Saturday, Napa police took into custody a 47-year-old Napa man identified as Theodore Hartman and a 46-year-old Napa woman identified as Janet Wesner, according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department:

Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Coombs Street for a report of a subject being held against her will at knifepoint. Officers arrived and contacted Hartman and Wesner.

Both subjects had visible injuries and would not state exactly what the circumstances were surrounding their argument. None of the injuries were inflicted by a knife.

Hartman and Wesner were arrested, transported and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.   

Sunday evening at about 9:40, a 41-year-old Napa woman identified as Irina Ochoa was arrested, according to police:

NPD Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 1100 Block of Willow Ave.

The male victim located at the residence alleged Irina Ochoa grabbed him around the neck and scratched him during an argument.

Ochoa was arrested and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
