Napa Police: Loaded Gun, Drugs, Cash Seized in Burger King Bust
A report of a possible DUI at the Burger King on Jefferson resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old man and the seizure of a stolen, loaded gun, an assortment of street drugs and pistol ammunition, Napa police said.
A Napa motorist was arrested Saturday afternoon on suspicion of DUI and drug, weapon, and stolen property charges, according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department:
On 12-8-12 at about 1630hrs, Napa PD officers responded to a report of a possible DUI driver, still in the vehicle in the Burger King parking lot (Jefferson and Pueblo).

Davis was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest.
Davis’ vehicle was searched. During the search officers located and seized the following items of evidence; a stolen loaded semi-automatic pistol, methamphetamine packaged for sale, prescription opiates, steroids, MDMA, a small amount of marijuana, approx. $4500 in cash, as well as packaging materials and other evidence of the sales of illegal drugs.

The firearm was confirmed to be stolen from a prior burglary in Solano County. Davis admitted that these items were his.
(The passenger) was released. Davis was booked into NCDC.
A search warrant was served on Davis’ residence in the 3100 Block of Silverado Trail and additional evidence of illegal drug sales was located, along with a small amount of methamphetamine and two high capacity pistol magazines.
Davis was booked on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm, possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, possessing methamphetamine, possessing a controlled substance for sale and DUI, according to the arrest summary.
