Napa Police: Fugitive Arrested with Meth

Arrest information from the Napa Police Department does not indicate a conviction.

A 30-year-old Napa man was arrested Thursday night on outstanding warrants and a new drug charge, according to a shift activity log released by the :

A Napa PD Officer saw Raymond Moon Villanueva (9/20/80) of Napa walking in the 600 Block of Lincoln Ave.

Villanueva was known to the officer to have warrants for his arrest and Villanueva was contacted.

The warrants were confirmed and Villanueva was taken into custody and searched.

He was found to be in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine that contained a usable amount of methamphetamine.

The new charge additionally violated the terms of his probation.

Villanueva was booked (at the) NCDC.

A alert for Villanueva was issued earlier Thursday, indicating that he was a transient wanted for felony probation violation and possession of a controlled substance.
