Napa Police: Car Chase Ends in Crash, Arrest

Ashley Finch, 29, allegedly led police on a high-speed chase that ended when she crashed into a front-yard fence at Tiffany Lane and Laurel Street early Sunday, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

A 29-year-old Napa woman was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of felony reckless driving while evading police, driving on a suspended license and violating probation, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department:

On 10/15/12 at approx. 0100 hrs a Napa PD Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Roosevelt and Laurel St.

The vehicle sped away from the officer and the officer followed in pursuit.

The vehicle accelerated to a high rate of speed and lost control in the area of Tiffany Lane and Laurel St and collided into a fence in the front yard of a nearby residence.

The driver of the vehicle, Ashley Finch (6/25/83) of Napa, was apprehended as she exited the vehicle.

She was determined to be driving on a suspended driver’s license and to have warrants for her arrest for a prior probation violation charge.

Finch was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections, police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Why do the Hispanics need their own Chamber Of Commerce? Asians, African-Americans, Caucasians,Read More Indians, and all other races use the same Chamber Of Commerce in unity. The Hispanics are welcome to use it as well. Unless they're promoting their own race above others in the business community. Naw, they wouldn't do anything racist like that, would they?
