Napa Police: Both Sides Arrested in Domestic Violence Altercation

On 072011 at approximately 1253 hours officers were dispatched to 1015 Elm Street for a report of a physical altercation between two subjects. Officers arrived and contacted the subjects who are in a dating relationship (names withheld since they are both victims and suspects in this incident). It was determined that they had been in a physical altercation and both subjects had visible injuries. Both were treated and released at the scene by medical personnel. Both subjects were arrested.
Shortly before 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the log, police arrested a Napa man for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation:

On 072011 at approximately 1423 hours Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of West F Street for a report of a verbal argument. Officers arrived and contacted (S) Yarlott, David (56 of Napa); he was determined to be on probation with search and seizure. A search of his residence yielded a glass pipe with methamphetamine inside along with a baggie containing methamphetamine. Yarlott was arrested.
