Napa Police: Arrests for Weapons, Stolen Jewelry

Arrest information from the Napa Police Department does not indicate convictions.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for using a bat as a weapon in a noon-hour fight Monday, according to a shift activity log released by the :

NPD Officers were dispatched to a report of a fight between a group of subjects in the area of the 800 block of Third St.

One of the subjects was alleged to be in possession of a small bat and was using it as a weapon in the fight.

Upon arrival of the officers, Blake Adam Robles (12/13/1988) of Napa was contacted leaving the scene.

He was in possession of a small bat, and had minor abrasions indicating he may have been in a physical confrontation.

During the investigation it was determined Robles was the person who was using the bat as a weapon.

The other parties in the fight were not located.

Robles was arrested and booked into on a weapons violation.

At 3:30 p.m. Monday, police arrested a 40-year-old woman for receiving stolen property, according to the log:

NPD Officers took Jenny Payne (5/18/71) of Napa into custody at a residence in the 600 block of Rio Vista Ave during an investigation of stolen jewelry.

It is alleged Payne obtained approx. $2000 worth of jewelry unlawfully from a residence in the 2800 block of Laurel St during an unspecified time period.

Payne was determined to be in possession of the stolen jewelry and was arrested and booked into NCDC.
