Napa PD: Vodka Snatchers Nabbed at Walmart

Two men were arrested at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday after security staffers detained them for swiping a bottle of vodka, according to a shift activity log released Tuesday afternoon by the :
Neil Raymond Fontaine (6/3/56) Mark Alan Pike (11/2/57) both of Napa, were detained by loss prevention personnel at the Lincoln Ave Walmart for the theft of a bottle of vodka.
Fontaine was observed as he selected the bottle of vodka from a display (and) conceal(ed it) on his person. Fontaine then allegedly passed the bottle off to Pike, who concealed it on his person and left the store. The pair was then detained by the store personnel.

Napa PD Officers were called to the scene, and Fontaine was confirmed to have a warrant for his arrest for a prior violation of his Parole. Pike was confirmed to have current adult probation and determined to be in violation of his probation terms. Both Fontaine and Pike were booked into .
